Artwork marking the 40th Anniversary since Part One of ‘The Caves of Androzani’ first broadcast on 8th March 1984.

 

Depicts The Doctor (Peter Davison), with his companion Peri (Nicola Bryant), as well as a selection of supporting characters: Morgus (John Normington), Krelper (Roy Holder) and Stotz (Maurice Roeves). Behind them all, is Sharaz Jek (Christopher Gable). The landscape references the  finale to Part Four where the Androzani mines explodes and The Doctor’s next regeneration begins.
